This year's TT Roll-up Turkey Trot, held on Tuesday 25th November, attracted a good turnout of 14 Regulars, despite the threatening weather conditions. In the event the competition was played in basically dry weather on a Green course that was in remarkably good condition.
The competition for the top spot was fierce with more than half the field scoring 30 pts or better and three scoring 40+
The winner on countback with 41 pts was Martin Hankin. Second, also with 41 pts, was Nigel French and Eddie Wragg was third with 40 pts.
Rob Kennedy came fourth with 39 pts and Paul Williams fifth with 38 pts. Other scores are available on request, but are not published here to protect the innocent.
By common consent, a donation of £10 from the proceeds was made to the charity collection arranged by Bob Headon, principally on behalf of the Saturday roll-up.
