The Hugh Chamberlain Trophy for 2010 was presented following the TT Roll-up Christmas Lunch on Sunday 5th December 2010 to the player who won the Roll-up most times during the year.

First and second runners-up were Martin Hankin (7 wins) and Bob Headon (6 wins).
